Consulting and Advisory Group was founded on a conviction that has become increasingly rare in professional services: that advisory relationships should be genuinely independent, genuinely personalized, and genuinely long-term.
The proliferation of financial products, platform economics, and scalable service models has made truly independent counsel harder to find. Advisors face incentive structures that pull against the interests of the clients they serve. Firms are rewarded for velocity and volume, not depth and judgment.
We built this firm to be the exception. We are organized to serve a small number of clients extremely well over long periods of time. We do not have a growth mandate. We have a quality mandate.
